Why Hood River?

Dramatic views, anyone? The Columbia Gorge is surrounded by snow capped mountains, flowing waterfalls, and endless wildflowers. It is stunning, to say the least. In downtown Hood River, you will find boutique shops, locally roasted coffee, and trendy restaurants. Surrounding the downtown are wineries, fruit farms, and loads of hiking trails.

Not only are the venues perfect for your wedding day, the entire town is a wonderful weekend getaway for both you and your guests. You'll find the area has plenty to offer and one weekend may not be enough. Plan for wind (this is extremely common) and unpredictable weather and you'll be ready for an incredible adventure. 

There are plenty of reasons to choose the Columbia gorge as your wedding destination. It's one of the many beautiful wedding locations in the PNW. Between Hood River, Bend, and Portland Oregon you have all the variety you could hope for. Venues available to you include ranches, estates, wineries, beaches, etc. Your planner will be able to help guide you on which location will best fit your needs.
